Past | How Ink Vault Began

I officially registered Ink Vault as an LLC in 2022, but the idea and development of this creative studio happened throughout the years prior. I’ve always loved making art, but after school, I grew a love for writing as well. Since then I’ve been trying to find ways to merge my two passions into one career. I want to tell stories with ink on paper whether that be through illustrations or words. After a while I realized I needed to make my first book simple and quickly. This would allow me to learn the basic process of creating a book, how to market said book, and show myself I can complete a book from start to finish. I’ve always found confidence in my art so that is what I started with a book of just art, a coloring book. 

Present | What Am I Up to Right Now

Skipping ahead to the present I have built up a cute little booth at the Nashville’s Farmer Market. I sell most Saturdays during the tourism season. I have completed and am selling two coloring books, Coloring Music City and Mythical Mutts, along with stickers, art prints and postcards. This year I plan to release a few more books: Pieces | Comic Book, Woodland Wanderer | Mini Coloring Book, and Because Every Artist Loves to Draw Flowers | Mini Coloring Book. 

Future | Goals and Ambitions 

As for the future, I don’t have a clear vision for it. All I know is I want to keep creating books and start telling stories. In my idea book I have summaries for Fantasy Novels, Comic Book Series, Children’s Books, and so much more. So I will continue working and see where I end up.
